Terms & Conditions
1. APPOINTMENTS & SCHEDULING
Services are scheduled based on availability. Appointment times may include an arrival window due to traffic, weather, job conditions, or delays at previous appointments. Clear View Service LLC will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled arrival window and will communicate significant delays whenever possible.
2. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. No-shows may also be subject to this fee. Clear View Service LLC reserves the right to waive the fee due to severe weather, emergencies, or other reasonable circumstances.
3. WEATHER & SERVICE CONDITIONS
For safety and quality, services may be delayed, rescheduled, or discontinued due to rain, high winds, freezing temperatures, extreme heat, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Weather-related changes made by Clear View Service LLC will not result in a cancellation fee.
4. PROPERTY ACCESS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for providing reasonable access to all areas scheduled for service. Gates should be unlocked, vehicles and personal belongings moved when necessary, and pets secured. For services requiring water or electricity, the client agrees to provide access to functioning outdoor water and/or electrical sources unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
5. EXISTING DAMAGE & PROPERTY CONDITIONS
Clear View Service LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, including loose or deteriorated siding, paint, caulking, seals, screens, windows, roofing materials, gutters, fixtures, wood, concrete, or other compromised surfaces. Clients are encouraged to identify any known damaged or fragile areas before service begins. If our technicians discover a condition that may make cleaning unsafe or likely to cause damage, we reserve the right to modify or decline that portion of the service.
6. PRESSURE WASHING & SOFT WASHING
Pressure washing and soft washing results may vary depending on the age, condition, and material of the surface being cleaned. Clear View Service LLC cannot guarantee complete removal of permanent stains, oxidation, rust, efflorescence, discoloration, or other deeply embedded contaminants. Certain pre-existing conditions, including loose paint, failing finishes, oxidation, damaged mortar, deteriorated wood, or weakened surfaces, may become more noticeable after cleaning.
7. ROOF CLEANING
Roof cleaning is performed using methods appropriate for the roofing material and condition. Results may vary due to the age and condition of the roof, staining, algae, moss, lichen, or previous damage. Some organic growth may require time after treatment to fully release and disappear. Clear View Service LLC is not responsible for pre-existing leaks, loose or damaged shingles, deteriorated roofing materials, faulty flashing, or other existing roof conditions.
8. WINDOW CLEANING & GLASS
Window cleaning includes cleaning of the glass and other components specifically included in the agreed service. Clear View Service LLC is not responsible for pre-existing scratches, cracks, failed seals, fogged or damaged insulated glass, loose or brittle screens, deteriorated frames, damaged hardware, or other existing defects. Hard-water stains, mineral deposits, paint, adhesive, construction debris, and other bonded contaminants may require additional specialty cleaning and may not be included in standard window cleaning unless agreed upon in advance.
9. GUTTER CLEANING & GUTTER SERVICES
Gutter cleaning includes removal of accessible debris from gutters and downspouts as specified in the agreed service. Clear View Service LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose or improperly installed gutters, deteriorated fasteners, leaks, corrosion, damaged fascia, or underground drainage systems. Severely clogged downspouts, underground drains, repairs, or other conditions requiring additional work may result in additional charges with client approval.
10. PAYMENT & OUTSTANDING BALANCES
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other payment terms have been agreed upon in writing. Clients are responsible for paying all approved services and additional work authorized during the job. Outstanding balances may be subject to reasonable collection efforts. Any questions or concerns regarding an invoice should be brought to the attention of Clear View Service LLC promptly so they can be addressed.
11. ESTIMATES, PRICING & CHANGES IN SCOPE
Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared and the visible condition and scope of the property. If additional work, unexpected conditions, inaccurate information, or a change in the requested scope is discovered, Clear View Service LLC will notify the client before performing work that may result in additional charges. Any additional work authorized by the client will be added to the final invoice.
12. SATISFACTION & SERVICE CONCERNS
Clear View Service LLC takes pride in the quality of our work. Any concerns regarding completed services should be reported within 48 hours of service completion so we have a reasonable opportunity to inspect and address the issue. When appropriate, Clear View Service LLC will make reasonable efforts to correct service-related concerns. This policy does not apply to pre-existing conditions, permanent staining, deterioration, or conditions outside the agreed scope of work.
13. SAFETY & RIGHT TO REFUSE OR STOP WORK
Clear View Service LLC reserves the right to delay, modify, decline, or stop work when conditions are considered unsafe for our employees, customers, equipment, or property. This may include severe weather, unsafe roof or ladder conditions, electrical hazards, unstable surfaces, aggressive or unsecured animals, restricted access, or other hazardous conditions. Safety-related decisions made by Clear View Service LLC will not be considered a failure to perform the agreed service.
14. PERSONAL PROPERTY & SITE PREPARATION
Clients are responsible for securing or removing fragile, valuable, or sensitive items from areas being serviced, including furniture, decorations, electronics, plants, vehicles, and personal belongings when appropriate. Clear View Service LLC will exercise reasonable care while performing services but is not responsible for damage to improperly secured items or belongings left within the immediate work area.
15. PHOTOS & DOCUMENTATION
Clear View Service LLC may take photographs or videos before, during, and after service for quality control, documentation of property conditions, and verification of completed work. Images that clearly identify the client, occupants, private information, or the interior of a property will not be used for advertising or promotional purposes without appropriate permission. Non-identifying images of completed work may be used to showcase our services unless the client requests otherwise.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clear View Service LLC’s responsibility for claims arising directly from services performed will be limited to the reasonable cost of correcting the affected service or the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, as applicable. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
17. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By scheduling, approving an estimate, authorizing work, or allowing Clear View Service LLC to begin services, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply unless different terms have been agreed upon in writing by Clear View Service LLC and the client.
